Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Portal Listing Coordinator to manage property listings on platforms like Property Finder and Bayut. You’ll ensure accurate listings, manage credits and costs, generate performance reports, and collaborate with the team to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and other portals
Monitor listing credits, costs, and reconcile budgets
Analyze performance reports and suggest improvements
Verify listing accuracy and ensure compliance
Collaborate with agents and provide portal-related training
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate or portal listing management (Property Finder, Bayut)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software
Knowledge of UAE real estate market is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
