Job Description
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily pool operations, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Manage poolside amenities, including towels, lounge chairs, and cabanas.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute poolside parties and events, working with the events team and other departments.
- Coordinate logistics, including setup, staffing, catering, and entertainment.
- Ensure events run smoothly and guests have a memorable experience.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about poolside services and amenities, promoting a positive guest experience.
- Handle special requests and VIP services with discretion and attention to detail.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce pool safety rules and regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for pool staff.
- Maintain accurate records of pool operations, including maintenance logs and incident reports.
Additional Information
- 1 year minimum experience in a similar role in a four- or five-star hotel.
- UAE/GCC local market experience.
