We are seeking a skilled and experienced Polyurethane Casting Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with polyurethane casting processes and in-depth knowledge of TDI and MDI polyurethane systems. This role involves working in a production environment to mix, pour, and cure polyurethane products according to precise specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare molds and casting equipment for polyurethane pouring.
- Accurately mix polyurethane components, including TDI and MDI-based systems.
- Demold, trim, and inspect finished parts for defects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in polyurethane casting. Familiarity with mold preparation, vacuum degassing, and curing cycles. Ability to read and follow work instructions, technical data sheets, and safety protocols.
Pay: Up to ﷼3,000.00 per month
