We are seeking a skilled and experienced Polyurethane Casting Operator to join our manufacturing team in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
✔Prepare molds and casting equipment for polyurethane pouring
✔Accurately mix polyurethane components, including TDI and MDI-based systems
✔Demold, trim, and inspect finished products for quality and defects
✔Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
✔Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in polyurethane casting
✔Strong knowledge of TDI and MDI polyurethane systems
✔Experience with mold preparation, vacuum degassing, and curing cycles
✔Ability to read and follow work instructions, technical data sheets, and safety procedures
✔Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Joining Time: Within 15 days (preferred) or less
Pay: ﷼3,000.00 per month
