Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Polyurea Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in applying polyurea coatings for various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishing and durability.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare surfaces for polyurea application, including cleaning, priming, and masking.

 Operate and maintain polyurea spray equipment and tools.

 Apply polyurea coatings according to project specifications and safety standards.

 Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to company and industry standards.

 Troubleshoot and resolve application issues as needed.

 Follow all safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

 Proven experience as a Polyurea Applicator or in a similar role.

 Knowledge of polyurea spray systems and application techniques.

 Ability to work with various surfaces.

 Strong attention to detail and quality control.

 Physical stamina and ability to work in different environmental conditions.
