Policy Validation Executive Support Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at The Cigna Group
Working directly with clients (new & retention) on membership list validation with Yakeen to achieve 100% upload within 48 hours and minimize fallout below 1% (excluding duplicate insurance) after client confirmation.
Fallouts: Managing fallouts with clients and arranging compliance information for successful CHI upload.
Duplicate Insurance: Communicating with clients about duplicate insurance status and implementing client decisions with upload to CHI within 15 days.
Supporting policy validation by arranging required compliance documents and information.
Global Care: Implementing policy/member uploads on the global care system.
Miscellaneous: Performing any related membership/policy tasks assigned by the manager.
Reporting: Preparing daily status reports on new/renewal policies and fallouts.
