Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor and update children’s care plans, taking timely action when needed.

Communicate with parents and external partners via phone, email, and other channels.

Maintain accurate and complete client records in the administrative system.

Create and manage the childcare schedule, ensuring proper planning and adjustments.

Prepare and submit annual reports to the municipality and ministry.

Plan, prepare, and document internal meetings, including taking minutes.

Coordinate and manage the annual customer satisfaction survey.

Assist with occasional transportation of children, including pick-ups and drop-offs.

Job Experience

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication abilities to engage with parents and stakeholders.

Experience in childcare administration or a related field is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping systems.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
