Overview of the role:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric Polestar Specialist to join our team in the UAE. Reporting to the Space Manager, you will play a key role in representing the Polestar brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving vehicle sales performance.
As a Polestar Specialist, you will be the face of the brand, guiding customers through an educational, immersive, and engaging journey while helping them discover the future of electric mobility. You will build meaningful customer relationships, support sales growth, and consistently deliver a premium retail experience that reflects Polestar’s innovative and sustainable vision.
What you will do:
- Achieve and exceed individual and branch vehicle sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and educate customers on Polestar vehicles, electric mobility solutions, and related technologies.
- Consistently achieve customer satisfaction objectives and contribute to strong CSI, CE, and customer feedback scores.
- Utilize company sales and prospecting systems effectively to build and manage a healthy customer pipeline.
- Ensure all sales documentation, cash handling, and credit procedures are completed in compliance with company policies.
- Stay current with product developments, EV infrastructure advancements, automotive trends, and competitive market activity.
- Collaborate closely with the wider Space team to create memorable experiences for visitors and strengthen brand advocacy.
