About the role
We’re looking for a skilled video editor to join our team and take ownership of our podcast content from full-length episodes to viral short-form clips. You’ll be working closely with our content team to produce polished, high-retention videos across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
What you’ll be doing
- Editing full-length podcast episodes with multi-camera setups (3-angle switching)
- Cutting engaging short-form clips from podcast episodes — punchy cuts, hooks, and captions built for retention
- Creating podcast trailers and promotional content
- Adding clean, styled captions to all short-form content
- Colour grading footage for a consistent, professional look
- Syncing and cleaning up audio across all edits
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience editing podcasts (portfolio required — show us your work)
- Experience producing short-form podcast clips with cuts and captions
- Confident with multi-angle editing and camera switching
- Proficient in professional editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar)
- Strong skills in colour grading, captioning, and audio sync
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
