Responsibilities
- Establish and implement standardized project management methodologies, frameworks, and governance processes.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Provide project managers with required tools, guidance, and support to ensure effective project execution.
- Develop project reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior leadership.
- Identify project risks and issues, support mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution.
- Ensure project delivery remains aligned with business priorities, objectives, and agreed timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, reporting standards, and project delivery practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PMO, project management, or project governance roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, reporting frameworks, and governance practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing complex projects within technology-driven environments.
- Arabic speaker is mandatory.
- Candidates currently based in GCC countries will be given priority.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in Telecom, Technology or Technology Service Provider environments.
- Candidates should demonstrate a comparable background with relevant exposure to technology, telecom, GCC markets and complex project delivery environments.
