We are seeking a high-caliber PMO Specialist with strong expertise in strategy execution, performance management, KPI tracking, and Power BI reporting to support the delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization.
This role goes beyond coordination—you will play a key role in translating strategy into measurable outcomes, ensuring performance visibility, and enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions.
Role Overview
The PMO Specialist will drive project governance, performance tracking, and strategic reporting, with a strong focus on building Power BI dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance insights.
You will act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring all initiatives are aligned, tracked, and optimized for impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution & Alignment
- Support the translation of organizational strategy into actionable initiatives and measurable KPIs
- Ensure all projects are aligned with strategic priorities and business objectives
- Track progress against strategic goals and initiatives
Performance Management & KPIs
- Develop and manage KPI frameworks across projects and departments
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying gaps and improvement areas
- Provide actionable insights to enhance organizational performance and delivery
Power BI & Reporting
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for executive leadership
- Automate reporting processes to provide real-time visibility on performance and progress
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and meaningful visualization of KPIs
Project Tracking & Governance
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and status tracking across multiple initiatives
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance, frameworks, and reporting standards
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability
- Present insights, reports, and performance updates to senior stakeholders
- Facilitate decision-making through data-driven reporting
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling, and reporting)
- Proven experience in strategy execution and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs and performance frameworks
- Experience working within a PMO or strategy/performance function
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and executive-level reporting
Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in PMO, Strategy, or Performance Management roles
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in government, media, or large organizations preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
