- Develop PMO strategic plans and KPIs.
- Focus on optimizing digital investments while identifying opportunities to improve business process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Understand various approaches to building program/project dashboards and reporting.
- Develop new PMO processes.
- Perform enhancement activities on methodologies, processes, governance, tools, and templates.
- Identify, categorize, and assess Project Managers’ skills and levels across all program functions.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the digital program portfolio.
- Track project master schedules, classification, and prioritization to enhance professional and world-class portfolio management capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, legislation, policies, and procedures applicable to all projects.
- Follow up with Project Managers to ensure timely, budget-aligned delivery that meets business needs and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Maintain and improve standards, tools, and templates to ensure high-quality selection, gating, and delivery of programs/projects.
