As the PMO Director at Adree, you will define and govern the project management framework that drives the strategic direction of the organization. You will lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, align with business objectives, and deliver value to stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Establishing and maintaining a standardized project management methodology across the organization
Leading the PMO team in delivering project management best practices, tools, and training
Collaborating with executive leadership to prioritize projects that support strategic initiatives
Developing metrics and KPIs to assess project performance and PMO effectiveness
Ensuring compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures related to project management
Monitoring project portfolio performance and ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and scope
Facilitating project reviews and steering committee meetings to discuss project progress and resolve issues
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and project outcomes
Supporting project managers with guidance, resources, and tools to effectively manage their projects
Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
Identifying and managing risks associated with project execution and PMO operations
Overseeing resource allocation and capacity planning for the PMO
Representing the PMO in executive discussions and providing updates on portfolio performance

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in establishing and leading a PMO, including expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
Strong knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello)
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions and drive project success
Experience managing large-scale and complex projects with multiple dependencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly preferred
