Position Summary We  are seeking a motivatedand experienced PMC Project Engineer to
join our team
for a highprofile
Oil & Gas pipeline construction project in Abu Dhabi. Thesuccessful candidate will coordinate plan and oversee projectactivities ensuring they are executed on time within scope andaligned with quality and safety standards. The role requires strongtechnical expertise
effective communication
skills and the abilityto work collaboratively in a dynamicenvironment.
Key Responsibilities
Assistthe  Project Manager in planning organizing and managing projectactivities for successful execution.
Developand monitor project schedules ensuring alignment with projectmilestones and deliverables.
Coordinate betweenengineering procurement and construction teams to ensure seamlessproject execution.
Review project drawingsspecifications and documentation to ensure compliance with designand technical standards.
Oversee and monitorcontractor performance ensuring adherence to project requirementsand timelines.
Support the preparation ofproject progress reports identifying potential delays andrecommending mitigation strategies.
Ensurecompliance with HSE policies and procedures across all projectphases.
Participate in technical discussionsand resolve engineering challenges during design and constructionphases.
Maintain
effective communication
withstakeholders including clients contractors and internalteams.
Assist in the preparation and review ofprocurement packages including technical evaluations and vendorselections.
Track and document change ordersvariations and associated impacts on theproject.
Promote
quality assurance
and ensureall activities meet project standards andspecifications.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelorsdegree in Mechanical Civil or Pipeline Engineering (orequivalent).
Experience:
Minimum
812 years of experience in project engineering with at least 5years in Oil & Gas pipeline constructionprojects.
Experience working in a PMCenvironment is highly desirable.
Strongunderstanding of engineering principles construction methodologiesand pipelinesystems.
Skills:
Proficientin
project management
tools and software (e.g. Primavera MSProject).Excellent
communication
andcoordination skills.
Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.
Ability to work underpressure and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
Knowledge of internationalstandards and codes (e.g. ASME APIISO).Familiarity with HSE regulations andpractices in the Oil & Gassector.
