PMC – Process Lead Engineer UAE Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE at Segula Technologies
Position Summary We  are seeking a highlyexperienced PMC Process Lead Engineer to oversee and manage processengineering activities for a major Oil & Gas pipelineconstruction project in Abu Dhabi. The Process Lead Engineer willbe responsible for ensuring process designs meet projectspecifications international standards and safety requirements.
This role requires technical expertise
leadership
skills andexperience in managing process engineering within largescaleprojects.
Key Responsibilities
Leadand  manage all process engineering activities ensuring designs anddocumentation comply with project requirements and internationalstandards.
Develop review and approve processdesign deliverables including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) Pipingand Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and material balancecalculations.
Perform process simulations andcalculations to ensure optimal design solutions for theproject.
Identify and resolve technicalchallenges during the design and constructionphases.
Ensure integration of process designswith other engineering disciplines and projectteams.
Conduct technical reviews and support
HAZID HAZOP and SIL studies to ensure process safety andoperability.
Provide technical input for theselection of equipment materials and systems to meet processrequirements.
Support the resolution oftechnical queries (TQ) and manage changes to process designs asrequired.
Prepare process engineering reportsdocumentation and progress updates for projectstakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior engineerspromoting
technical excellence
and professionalgrowth.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelorsdegree in Chemical or Process Engineering or a relatedfield.
Experience:
1215years of experience in process engineering with a focus on Oil& Gas or largescale pipeline constructionprojects.
Experience in a PMC environment ishighlydesirable.
Skills:
Proficiencyin process simulation software (e.g. Aspen HYSYSPROII).Strong knowledge of international codesand standards related to process engineering (e.g. API ASMEISO).Excellent problemsolving anddecisionmaking skills.

andleadership skills for effective team management and stakeholderengagement.
Ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fastpaced and
dynamic
projectenvironment.
