Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Construction Manager(Offshore) with a proven track record in directly managing and is accountable for the planning and execution of the Islands U/G civil works, onshore fabrication and the offshore transportation and installation / mechanical completion of the components and brownfield modifications of the project to ensure that the project objectives are achieved.
Leads construction efforts to ensure the project is executed in accordance with ADNOC Offshore and project procedures and Shareholder expectations. Directly manages Construction Leaders for on island construction and onshore precast for a high‑profile client.

Key Objectives
- Develop a comprehensive project plan and detailed schedule, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Estimate costs accurately, control the budget throughout the project, and suggest cost‑effective alternatives.
- Ensure that construction work meets required standards and specifications.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Oversee contracts with consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Regularly report on project progress to stakeholders, including any issues or delays.
- Facilitate smooth communication between all parties involved in the project to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
