PMC Instrument Engineering Specialist Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at Wood Group
Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced PMC Instrument Engineering Specialist for our client ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi as part of our instrument engineering within our Oil, Gas & New Energies business.
Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based at our client office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The Role
- Provide technical expertise in all Instrumentation design
- Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards
- Coordinate, monitor and handle instrumentation design and engineering with EPC Contractors per project expectation and complete the same within the time frame
- Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering/Operation/Site Interface to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Discipline Engineering execution and integrity etc.
- Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Instrumentation Engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
