Position: PMC – Schedule Engineer UAE
Position Summary We  are looking for adetailoriented and skilled PMC Schedule Engineer to join our Project Managementteam for a major Oil & Gas pipeline construction project inAbu Dhabi. The Schedule Engineer will be responsible for developingmaintaining and analyzing project schedules to ensure the timelyand efficient delivery of project milestones. This role requiresstrong expertise in planning tools and scheduling processes with afocus on pipeline constructionprojects.
Key Responsibilities
Developand  maintain project schedules using planning software (e.g.Primavera P6 MS Project).Track and monitorproject progress ensuring alignment with approved timelines andmilestones.
Conduct schedule analysis includingcritical path method (CPM) and earned value management (EVM) toassess project performance.
Collaborate withproject management engineering procurement and construction teamsto ensure schedule coordination across all projectphases.
Identify potential schedule risks andprovide recommendations for mitigationstrategies.
Support the preparation of progressreports including schedule status delays and recoveryplans.
Assist in managing contractor andsubcontractor schedules ensuring they comply with projectrequirements.
Ensure proper integration ofcontractor schedules into the master projectschedule.
Participate in planning and progressmeetings providing datadriven insights on projecttimelines.
Support the change managementprocess by evaluating schedule impacts of proposedchanges.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelorsdegree in Engineering
Project Management
or a relatedfield.
Experience:
510years of experience in scheduling and planning with a focus on Oil& Gas pipeline constructionprojects.
Experience in a PMC environment ispreferred.
Skills:
Proficiencyin planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MSProject.
Strong
analytical skills
withknowledge of CPM and EVMmethodologies.
Excellent organizational andcommunication skills.
Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and multicultural teamenvironment.
Detailoriented with strongproblemsolvingabilities.
