Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced PMC Civil Engineer for ADNOC Onshore in Abu Dhabi. Due to the nature of the projects and client expectation, the position will be based full time at ASAB site.

Responsibilities
- Undertake Civil design work of units as required, supervise and check works of assigned engineers on the project as appropriate
- Execute Civil engineering activities within the budget and schedule, as well as maintaining technical integrity of the design
- Ensure that detail design methods, standards and data used conform with Client’s requirements and / or those issued
- Competent in the use of relevant software and Instrumentation & Control discipline specific software.
- Review and approve Civil Diagrams, P&IDs, PSFS, DPTDs, Equipment & Civil specifications, Structural Descriptions, cause, and Effect chart etc.
- Review and approve dynamic simulation study, transient study, surge study,Minimum Metal Design Temperature (MDMT) study, etc.
- Review and approve depressurizationstudies, flare load estimation and flaresystem design
- Ensure a high standard of safety is achieved and Environmental and Quality Assurance procedures are followed
- Review and approve safety related calculations and provide input to HAZOP, SIL…
