Position Summary We  are seeking askilled PMC Civil Engineer to support the civil engineeringactivities for a major Oil & Gas pipeline constructionproject in Abu Dhabi. The Civil Engineer will be responsible forpreparing reviewing and ensuring the quality of civil engineeringdesigns drawings and documentation. The role requires closecollaboration with
multidisciplinary
teams to deliver efficient andcompliant engineeringsolutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepareand  review civil engineering designs drawings calculations andspecifications to ensure compliance with project requirements andinternational standards.
Provide technicalinput during the planning and design phases of theproject.
Coordinate with other engineeringdisciplines to ensure seamless integration of civil designs intooverall project plans.
Support the resolutionof technical queries (TQ) and ensure that changes are incorporatedinto designs as required.
Conduct site visitsand inspections to verify that construction activities are alignedwith design specifications.
Assist in thepreparation of civil engineering reports progress updates anddocumentation for stakeholders.
Monitorcontractor performance to ensure adherence to projectspecifications timelines and qualitystandards.
Ensure all civil engineeringactivities comply with HSE standards and bestpractices.
Collaborate with project teams toidentify and resolve civil engineering challenges during design andconstructionphases.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelorsdegree in Civil Engineering or a relatedfield.
Experience:
710years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on Oil& Gas or pipeline constructionprojects.
Experience in a PMC environment ispreferred.
Skills:
Proficiencyin civil engineering design software (e.g. AutoCAD Civil 3D STAADPro).Strong knowledge of international civilengineering standards and codes (e.g. ACI ASCEBS).Excellent problemsolving and analyticalskills.
Effective communication
and teamworkabilities for coordination with multidisciplinaryteams.
Strong organizational and timemanagementskills.
