Responsibilities:
Completingminor repair work, which includes repairing doors, locks, doorframes and handles as well as replacing light bulbs, sockets,switches, and window glass.
Performing basicplumbing tasks, which includes unclogging drains as well as fixingleaking faucets and toilets.
Performing regularcleaning duties, which includes sweeping, dusting, mopping, andvacuuming.
Maintaining all outdoor areas, whichentails mowing, trimming, and edging the lawn as well as shovelingsnow and ice as required.
Inspecting controlpanels and electrical wiring to detect any issues that requireimmediate attention.
Taking inventory ofmaintenance supplies and notifying the Supervisor of low ordepleted supplies.
Promptly responding torequests for emergency repairs andclean-ups.
