Full job description
Relevant experience working in the UAE is mandatory, only candidates currently residing in the UAE are eligible to apply. Responsibilities are to supervise plumbing work on-site, coordinating with project engineer, Review plumbing drawings, specifications, and scope of work, guide and oversee plumbing workers, Conduct inspections and quality control of plumbing installations, Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate plumbing installations including potable water, drainage, and pumps sets installation.
· Review and understand shop drawings, and ensure all plumbing work is executed according to specifications.
· leads plumbing teams, ensuring optimal performance and timely completion of tasks.
· Coordinate with project engineer, subcontractors, and Monitor consumption of materials and manage inventory effectively to minimize waste.
· Resolve any on-site plumbing issues promptly, escalating to project engineer when necessary.
· Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
Requirements
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in plumbing supervision on large-scale MEP projects in UAE.
· Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
· Experience with various plumbing materials and installation techniques.
