PLUMBING SUPERVISOR – ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Plumbing Supervisor with strong knowledge of both Water supply & Drainage works for villas, industrial and building construction projects in UAE. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing work force, coordinating with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring all Mechanical works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Responsibilities
Ø Supervise daily Plumbing installation works on site.
Ø Allocate manpower and monitor productivity.
Ø Read and interpret MEP drawings and shop drawings.
Ø Conduct inspections and rectify defects.
Ø Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other trades.
Ø Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
Ø Update work progress at site on regular basis
Ø Monitor material requirements and site logistics.
Ø Raise material request based on the stock availability & work program.
Ø Attend work inspection by consultant along with site engineers.
Ø Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.
Ø Prepare daily progress reports and manpower reports.
Ø Attend site meetings as required.
Requirements
Ø Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an MEP Supervisor.
Ø Strong experience in villa construction and building projects.
Ø Knowledge of Dubai Municipality, DDA, DEWA, and local authority requirements.
Ø Ability to manage plumbing and Mechanical teams independently.
Ø Good communication and leadership skills.
Ø Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
