Plumbing Supervisor Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Al Reef Project L.L.C.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of plumbers and plumbing assistants.
Ensure all plumbing work is performed in compliance.
Inspect plumbing systems and identify any issues or potential problems.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules for plumbing systems.
Order and maintain inventory of plumbing materials and supplies.
Provide training and guidance to plumbing staff.
Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure smooth project completion.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed on job sites.
Assist in the development of project budgets and timelines.
Conduct performance evaluations for plumbing staff.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on job sites.
Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new plumbing staff.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Provide technical support and expertise as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and codes.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Commitment to safety and quality.
Proficient in the use of plumbing tools and equipment.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
