Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement
Build strong relationships with clients and partners
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or Sales Manager in real estate
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Ability to create and execute sales strategies
Fluency in Russian or any European language is required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
