Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead our team of plumbers on commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, as well as experience in supervising and training others.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and train a team of plumbers.
Ensure that all plumbing work is completed safely and to code.
Read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications.
Plan and schedule work assignments.
Order and receive materials.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing problems.
Maintain accurate records of work completed.
Communicate effectively with project manager, clients, and other trades.
Enforce safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a plumber.
2+ years of experience as a plumber foreman or supervisor.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
Proficient in reading and interpreting plumbing drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
