Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Foreman to lead our team of electricians on commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, as well as experience in supervising and training others.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and train a team of electricians.
Ensure that all electrical work is completed safely and to code.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
Plan and schedule work assignments.
Order and receive materials.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems.
Maintain accurate records of work completed.
Communicate effectively with project manager, clients, and other trades.
Enforce safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
Journeyman electrician license.
5+ years of experience as an electrician.
2+ years of experience as an electrical foreman or supervisor.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
