- Minimum 2-3 years experience as Plumbing Supervisor
- Oversee all aspects of plumbing projects, from initial planning and budgeting to final inspection and cleanup.
- Direct and manage a team of plumbers, ensuring each team member is trained and equipped to perform their job duties.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety audits.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
