We are looking for a skilled Plumber cum Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have UAE experience based on villa/ apartments in plumbing and electrical and be able to work independently.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Plumber cum Electrician.
- Good knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing and electrical faults.
- Familiarity with UAE safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, water supply lines, drainage, and sanitary fixtures.
- Perform electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Inspect plumbing and electrical systems to identify faults and ensure proper operation.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Replace damaged pipes, fittings, switches, sockets, lights, breakers, and other components.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Keep accurate records of completed maintenance work.
- Assist with general maintenance duties when required.
Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 (based on experience)
