Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our app within the real estate market.
– Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
– Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
– Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
– Manage lead generation efforts through Facebook Ads and other online marketing tools.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
– 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
– Strong creative and analytical skills with a focus on lead generation.
– Proven experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns and measuring their effectiveness.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
