Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Plumber Charge Hand to lead a team of plumbers on-site, ensuring quality installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in line with project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of plumbers on daily site activities
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and specifications
- Ensure installation of pipework, fittings, and fixtures meets quality and safety standards
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and report to the Site/Project Engineer
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues on-site
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE policies
- Maintain tools, materials, and manpower records
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Plumber Charge Hand in MEP/construction projects
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, pipework, and fixtures (CPVC, GI, UPVC, etc.)
- Ability to lead and manage a small team
- UAE experience preferred
- Must be available to join immediately
Salary & Benefits
- AED 2,200 fixed monthly salary + overtime as per company policy (salary is fixed and not negotiable)
- Employment visa, medical insurance as per UAE Labour Law
