Plumber Jobs in Dubai at Khansaheb Facilities Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify faults or leakages
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Install and repair pipes, valves, faucets, toilets, pumps, and related fixtures
- Clear blockages in drainage and sewage systems
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings and layouts
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Use plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and supervisors as required
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair work performed
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or technical certification in Plumbing or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in plumbing maintenance
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with safety practices and procedures
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in facilities management, commercial buildings, or industrial projects
- Basic knowledge of pumps and water treatment systems
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
