Position: Platform Lead – IT4IT
Summary: The Platform Lead is responsible for overseeing the coordination of IT4IT initiatives, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement with business stakeholders to capture, clarify, and consolidate IT demand.
- Ensure demand aligns with strategic objectives and transformation priorities.
- Support the Annual Planning & Review (APR) and Quarterly Planning & Review (QPR) processes, including:
- Demand consolidation
- Prioritization workshops
- Roadmap development
- Capacity planning
- Oversee development and maintenance of the IT demand backlog.
- Coordinate governance forums to support prioritization and decision-making.
- Provide oversight of delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and overall portfolio health.
Must Haves
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT platform or product management within financial services, investment management, or government.
- Proven experience developing strategic platform roadmaps and translating business requirements into delivery plans.
- Strong demand management, prioritization, and governance experience.
Nice to Have
- Service Now SPM experience preferred.
- PMP, CSPO, or SAFe certifications are advantageous.
