Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive conditions, including facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, and burn repair.
Perform a variety of plastic surgery procedures, both surgical and non-surgical.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage complex plastic surgery cases.
Offer compassionate and empathetic patient care, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
ClinicalLeadership:
Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and supportivelearning environment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in clinical audits and research projects to advance the field of plastic surgery.
Stayup-to-datewith the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Essential:
Board certification in Plastic Surgery
Significant clinical experience in plastic surgery
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are advantageous)
Desirable:
Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty (e.g., aesthetic surgery, microsurgery)
Experience in a multicultural healthcare setting
A passion for teaching and research
