Responsibilities Fabricate assemble and install plastic HDPE High Density Polyethylene products including pipes fittings and custom parts based on specifications and blueprints Operate and maintain fabrication equipment such as extrusion machines welding equipment and cutting tools to shape and weld HDPE materials Measure and cut HDPE sheets pipes or panels accurately ensuring proper fit and alignment for projects Weld HDPE components using specialized fusion techniques ensuring high quality leakfree joints Inspect finished products for quality control ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to materials machinery or fabrication techniques Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations Keep records of materials used hours worked and other necessary project documentation
