Position: Plant Operator cum Electrical Technician
We are hiring skilled and safety-conscious Plant Operator cum Electrical Technicians to join our plant operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operations and basic electrical troubleshooting preferably in a manufacturing or batching plant environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate machines and plant systems in accordance with SOPs and work instructions
- Monitor and maintain production logs
checklists and equipment records on a daily/weekly basis - Participate in preventive maintenance and attend to machine breakdowns
- Adhere to all safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Record machine parameters settings and operating conditions accurately
- Perform minor mechanical fixes and adjustments to machine parts
- Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor for plant-related issues
- Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting for control panels and process instruments
Preferred Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field
- 2 5 years of experience in plant/machine operations preferably in batching or manufacturing plants
- Hands‑on experience with SCADA PLC and HMI systems is a plus
- Strong understanding of electrical safety and instrumentation basics
- Ability to read technical manuals and interpret machine parameters
