About Job:
The Plant Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the concrete paving machine to ensure efficient production of concrete products. This role involves monitoring and controlling equipment, performing routine and preventive maintenance, and resolving operational issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong electrical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a firm commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate plant machinery in accordance with established work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and record daily and weekly production data, machine performance, and maintenance activities in log sheets and checklists.
- Participate in troubleshooting machine breakdowns and support preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and operational guidelines.
- Maintain consistent production quality and efficiency standards.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, batching, or processing plants.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA, PLC, and HMI-controlled systems.
- Experience working with fully automatic machines such as Masa, Hess, Frima, or similar equipment.
Qualifications:
- Electrical background preferred.
- Relevant technical certification or equivalent hands-on experience in plant operations.
· Minimum experience require is 3 to 5 years of relevant experience,
