Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.
- Manage production targets, plant performance, and operational KPIs.
- Lead and develop plant teams, ensuring high levels of productivity and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Manage plant budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement operational strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in cement manufacturing operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Plant Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of cement production processes, maintenance, and plant operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: AED30,000.00 – AED35,000.00 per month
