Position: Plant Manager
(With AutoCAD & Carpentry Expertise)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our plant operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Plant / Production Management
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Solid hands-on knowledge in Carpentry & Joinery Works
- Experience in Fit-out / Construction / Manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong leadership, planning & coordination skills
- Ability to manage manpower, materials & production schedules
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily plant operations and production workflow
- Interpret AutoCAD drawings for execution and fabrication works
- Coordinate with project, design & site teams
- Ensure quality control, safety standards & timely delivery
- Optimize productivity and operational efficiency
Pay: AED1.00 – AED2.00 per month
