Plant Maintenance Technician-FMCG Jobs in Dubai at Bayara
- Strong knowledge of checking and troubleshooting of Form Filling Sealing Machine, Bottle Filling line, Processing machine for seeds, Optical color sorter, Industrial grinding machine & mill, snack fix lines, roaster & fryer by using the correct procedures based on the Manuals provided for each machine to eliminate break down.
- Reading Blueprints, Electrical Drawings and Control Diagrams to assist and plan for trouble shooting.
- Perform fault analysis of Electrical & Electronics components such as PLC, servo drive & motor, VFD & Industrial control panels each machine.
- Checking, operating, and troubleshooting of Machine accessories Multiple Printer, weighers, Utility & Fire system.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
- Recommend the minimum & critical spare parts as per manual & based on the requirement.
- Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve, with minimal downtime to production
- Carry out diagnosis of faults, the maintenance, and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner and return equipment to operational service
- Analysis, Identification & continuous improvement highlighting to superior to avoid frequent break down.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
