Job Description
Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Preparing a marketing plan and carefully managing the marketing budget.
Real-time reporting to management on the status of the marketing plan and budget.
Planning, managing and analyzing marketing campaigns to increase online presence and growth both domestically and internationally.
Planning and assistance in the implementation of fairs and other events.
Managing the marketing strategy of subsidiaries around the world and assisting in the implementation of marketing activities for an international network of business partners.
Leading, motivating and directing the marketing team and collaborating with external collaborators (marketing agencies, designers, etc.).
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and quality of marketing activities.
Monitoring the performance and efficiency of marketing activities.
Job Experience
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, experience in a management position is also desirable.
Experience in planning, organizing (international) and implementing events
Knowledge of marketing and other tools that are helpful in the work.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Excellent leadership skills, a sense of care and duty.
Operability, productivity and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
