Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules for roads and bridges, utilizing Primavera P6 to create baseline schedules that ensure all tasks are tracked and milestones are achieved.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable plans that align with organizational goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, using Primavera P6 and other data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to baseline or revised schedules.
- Preparation of detailed monthly, weekly, and daily reports for stakeholders, highlighting project status, resource allocation, and potential risks to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address challenges, and adjust recovery schedules as necessary to meet project objectives.
- Lead the risk management process by identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
