Hiring: Planning Engineer (Proposals / Tendering)
Location: Qatar
Experience: 8–10 Years (Civil Background)
We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in Proposal & Tendering for building, infrastructure, fit-out, and refurbishment projects.
Key Requirements:
â–ª 8–10 years of relevant experience in Civil Construction
â–ª Proven experience in preparing and managing multiple tenders
â–ª Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and project planning tools
â–ª Experience with building, infrastructure, fit-out, and refurbishment projects
Key Responsibilities:
â–ª Prepare tender schedules and baseline programs
â–ª Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications
â–ª Develop resource-loaded schedules, cash flow forecasts, and manpower histograms
â–ª Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and procurement teams
â–ª Analyze project risks and execution constraints
â–ª Prepare method statements, phasing plans, and construction sequences
â–ª Integrate subcontractor schedules into tender programs
â–ª Support bid strategy and technical submissions
Pay: QAR15,000.00 – QAR18,000.00 per month
