Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Critical Path Method (CPM).
Monitor project progress, track variances, and adjust schedules as needed.
Assist with resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of labor, materials, and equipment.
Prepare and present regular progress reports, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and forecasts.
Identify risks and issues, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and communication.
Use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, data analysis, and communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
6-15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, scheduling techniques, and Microsoft Office.
