Planning Engineer Jobs in Dubai at Danube Groups
Job Purpose
Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules for civil infrastructure and power projects, ensuring timely execution and efficient resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Identify delays, analyze critical paths, and develop recovery plans.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and site teams.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
- Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, S-curves, and resource reports.
- Maintain planning documentation and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in Civil Infrastructure and/or Power Projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in utility projects (water, sewerage, stormwater, TSE, irrigation) and/or power projects (11kV/33kV cable laying, substations, transformers, switchgear).
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- GCC project experience is preferred.
