Are you a detail-oriented Planning Engineer with strong expertise in Primavera P6 and a passion for delivering projects on time and within budget? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving project success from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Control
* Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
* Establish baseline schedules and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Schedule Management
* Create, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
* Apply tools such as Gantt Charts and Critical Path Method (CPM) to optimize project timelines.
Risk Management
* Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
* Analyze schedule impacts and recommend solutions to avoid delays.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
* Track project progress against baseline schedules.
* Identify variances and implement corrective actions.
* Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
Resource Coordination
* Ensure effective allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment.
* Coordinate with project teams to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication
* Facilitate clear communication between project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.
* Support collaboration to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
Compliance & Standards
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Support quality assurance and project governance processes.
Requirements
* Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (mandatory).
* Solid understanding of project scheduling principles and CPM.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and reporting abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, in-person environment
