Planning Engineer Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Al Barrak Electrical Contracting Co.
Key responsibilities:
- Schedule Development: Create baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to sequence activities and establish milestones.
- Progress Monitoring: Track physical and financial progress against plans, analyzing planned versus actual timelines.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves for management and clients.
- Risk Management: Identify delays, bottlenecks, and critical path activities, while preparing recovery plans.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with project managers, procurement, site engineers, and commercial teams to align resources and expedite material deliveries.
- Claims & EOT: Assist in Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis using historical records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 10 years of UAE construction experience, with a solid understanding of local authority regulations.
- Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Primavera certification required
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
