About the Role
We are looking for a Planning Engineer to join our team, supporting project scheduling and progress tracking across our diverse manufacturing and construction projects — including GRC, GRE/GRP, facade, glass, PEB, and Oil & Gas works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, tracking factory/site progress, and coordinating between production, engineering, and site installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6 for design, production, and installation phases
- Track factory/production progress (fabrication, casting, molding) against plan
- Monitor site installation/erection progress and coordinate with site teams
- Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and site teams to align schedules
- Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards for management
- Identify delays in production or installation and support recovery planning
- Track manpower, resources, and material delivery against the schedule
- Support tender/proposal scheduling as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
- [2–7] years of experience as a Planning Engineer
- Experience in one or more of: Construction, GRC, GRE/GRP, Facade, Glass, PEB, or Oil & Gas industries
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
