– Prepare and submit all planning & scheduling documents including daily weekly, monthly, and other progress reports to the Engineer.
– Daily site visit and monitoring & updating the project progress.
– Update/ monitor the programme and report potential slippages to the Project Manager.
– Identify risks or delays in the project and suggest mitigation measures.
– Prepare look ahead schedules and mitigation programs.
– Assist the Planning Manager in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
– Review and monitor subcontractor programs of work for adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
