Planning Engineer Jobs in Dubai at Al Masaood National General Contracting
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Outdoor PRO cum admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling public relations tasks, government transactions, and administrative duties. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all PRO-related activities, including visa processing, labor contracts, trade license renewals, and other government transactions.
Coordinate with various government departments, such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, and other regulatory bodies.
Prepare and submit applications for employment visas, residence permits, and other official documents.
Maintain updated records of employees’ visas, work permits, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Assist with administrative tasks, including documentation, correspondence, and office management.
Act as a liaison between the company and external agencies, government offices, and other stakeholders.
Handle company-related documentation, such as business licenses, permits, and registrations.
Support HR and management with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PRO or in a similar role within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
